Mr Magnus Hillestad joined EQT Oslo in August 2010.

Previous to EQT Mr Hillestad worked 3 years in the Corporate Finance department of Arctic Securities in Oslo, focusing on M&A and Private Equity clients. Mr Hillestad also has a background from consulting, working 2 years at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). At BCG Mr Hillestad worked on Corporate Finance and Strategy projects in the Nordics and the Middle East.

Mr Hillestad holds an M.Sc in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).
